A great workout gym set. Metal is heavy gauge with precise assembly alignment. Assembly is challenging considering number of components and intuitive need relative to instructions. Instructions are not necessarily sequential. Plan on a complete day. Once together, however, operation is tight and smooth. Price point is reasonable for equipment of this quality. Highly recommend.
